We ship from Hong Kong.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments.


When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note we do not ship on weekends.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders usually take between 7–15 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country.


What happens if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.


Are customs fees and taxes charged?

The prices shown on our website are in Euros and include all applicable taxes and customs fees. This means you will not have to pay any additional customs duties or taxes upon receiving your order. All import taxes, duties, and related fees are already included in the total price. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.

What happens if the items I receive are defective/wrong/damaged?

Please contact us if you receive goods that are incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Include your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant details as soon as you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are credited back to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will appear on your account. If you have not yet received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
